Oh I'm really sad for those who started with the peace pose, Miss osciliating ball here totally just did an extensive makeover for it. People do it and they look alright, I just dont see why you can do it and it makes me nauseous. My 16 years worth of breakfast, lunch and dinner are spewing out.
